Shangrilà EcoVillaggio AntropOlistico e Non-Dualità è un progetto di vita comunitaria che mira alla realizzazione di un nuovo paradigma sociale e spirituale umano basato sul ritorno ad una dimensione di vita tribale.

Questo Nuovo Paradigma Umano propone il ritorno alla dimensione della Tribù attualizzata alla Realtà odierna sul piano spirituale, olistico, relazionale ed economico.

Shangri-La` (Anthrop-Holistic And Non Duality) Ecovillage is a community life project that aims to realize a new human paradigm based on the return to a more tribal existence.

This new way of living that is evolving out of the study of our own anthropology, together with a belief in non - duality, gives rise to a return to a more ancient culture, that is both harmonious and more aligned with the Earth.

However, this heritage will be updated to present day and the reality we are faced with now on the planet at a spiritual, emotional, physical, mental, social, economic and relationship level.

mi chiamo Mauna e sono il fondatore di Shangri-la` Ecovillaggio Antropolistico e Non-Dualita` , situato in Sicilia vicino al Castello di Donnafugata , Ragusa.

Dopo 10 anni dedicati a fare volontariato in progetti con simili presupposti in vari paesi Europei , si sono verificate le condizioni adeguate perche` fondassi questo progetto su un bellissimo terreno di 8 ettari con una meravigliosa vista sul Mediterraneo.

Tutta questa esperienza + 10 anni di facilitatore in varie discipline olistiche prende forma organica ed espereinziale in questo progetto di ecovillaggio.

Da qui il nome di EcoVillaggio AntropOlistico.

My name is Mauna and I am the founder of the Shangri-La (Anthrop-Holistic And Non Duality) Ecovillage located near Donnafugata, Ragusa, Sicily.

After 10 years of volunteering within other Ecovillage projects in various European countries, together with my lifelong interest in how we are evolving as a species of human beings, the right foundations have now been created for me to set up Shangri-La` on a beautiful 8-hectare plot with a wonderful view out over the Mediterranean Sea.

In my facilitation of various holistic disciplines over the past decade I have gradually become more grounded in my principles, so this long held dream of mine of creating a more loving and peaceful community, has finally been able to take root.

These two concepts have allowed this Anthrop-Holistic EcoVillage to quite literally grow out of the ground that I now find myself stood upon and I invite you to join me, shoulder to shoulder, and share this unique experience with me.

Attraverso pratiche olistiche, conoscenza antropologica e approccio spirituale della non dualità, miriamo a sperimentare un nuovo paradigma sociale sul ritorno del sentire e del vivere la vita secondo la nostra sensibilità interiore

We wish to establish an autonomous community where we are a society of individuals, free flowing in the way we live, love and work together to create a world beyond conflict and drama, being self sufficient and sustainable as best as we can evolving towards a way of being where we believe everyone should be entitled to free food, water, shelter and indeed love within any one community.

Le attività cambiano a seconda della stagione e delle esigenze: dal realizzare un orto estivo o invernale per poi seguirlo, alla concimazione, all'irrigazione, e tutto ciò che è utile per una buona manutenzione. Raccolta di carrube, olive e mandorle a seconda della stagione. Collaborazione in cucina per i pasti condivisi e per la pulizia delle aree comuni della casa. Inoltre, abbiamo progetti di costruzione da realizzare.

Activities within our community change depending on the seasons and needs: from making a summer or winter vegetable garden and then fertilising and watering it for our own sustenance. Making sure we maintain ourselves, our home and our equipment. As well as harvesting carob, olives and almonds to be sold to the wider society.
